Write to
[email protected]. There is no form and no phone; email is the only door, and it is read by the publisher.
What to write about
- A figure you think is wrong: the page, the figure and, for a price, the restaurant’s number or address. The corrections page says what happens next.
- A restaurant whose menu differs from the range shown, with a photograph of the board, a screenshot of the app or a receipt if you have one.
- A brand page that has changed since the date this site quotes it.
- A question about how a figure was read; the how we check page answers most of them.
What this site cannot do
CP Menus is not Chipotle and has no line to a restaurant or to the brand. It cannot take, change or refund an order, find a lost item or pass a complaint on. The customer service page has the brand’s own routes: its contact page with online order issue, chat with pepper, in-restaurant order issue or experience and catering, its feedback survey and the gift card line.
What happens to your message
It is used to answer you and, if it reports an error, to correct the page. It is not added to any list and not shared; the privacy page has the rest.
