The filter
The marks are Chipotle’s own, from its allergens and special diets chart where the chart has a row and from its nutrition calculator's tags where it does not. The brand says the chart is not a guarantee and that its kitchens are shared. 16 listed records carry neither a row nor a tag and never pass a filter here.
107 records with a row or a tag, 123 listed. Press a chip and the list keeps only the records the brand marks that way.
By allergen and diet
Where the marks come from
Chipotle publishes an allergens and special diets chart with four allergen columns (dairy, soy, wheat and gluten, sulphites) and four diet columns (vegetarian, vegan, keto, paleo), one row per ingredient. Its nutrition calculator tags records the same way. This page runs on those marks: press an allergen to keep only the rows the brand marks free of it, or a diet to keep the rows it marks for it. 84 of the 124 rows carry a chart row, 24 more a calculator tag, and 16 carry neither and never pass a filter. The chart’s own cautions, which this page repeats rather than softens: “Individual foods may come into contact with one another during preparation, which is not reflected on this chart.” “Although we do not use eggs, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, or fish as ingredients in our food, Chipotle cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens in its restaurants.”
The four allergens
20 rows carry dairy and 88 are marked free of it, 9 rows carry soy and 99 are marked free of it, 9 rows carry wheat and gluten and 99 are marked free of it and 18 rows carry sulphites and 90 are marked free of it. The chart’s own note on the wheat column: “Wheat & Gluten categories are combined since all Chipotle gluten-containing items contain wheat.” And on sulphites: “All sulphites present in Chipotle food items come exclusively from vinegar, in which sulphites occur naturally below the concentration (10 ppm) to be required as a listed ingredient under federal law. However, with an interest in transparency and for any customers with extreme sensitivities, we chose to label menu items containing vinegar as possible allergens.”
An entree is a build
An entree row carries its protein’s marks, because that is the record the menu lists; the tortilla, the cheese and the sour cream each carry their own. The gluten free, dairy free and vegan pages work through the builds part by part, and every entree page prints the classic build’s allergens under the bars.
What the chart does not cover
“Additionally, limited time offerings or menu items in test may include one or more allergens, including allergens not identified on this page.” “Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.” Items with no chart row and no tag on the read date: Pollo Asado, Pollo Asado Burrito, Pollo Asado Bowl, Pollo Asado Salad, Pollo Asado Tacos (3), Pollo Asado Quesadilla, Pollo Asado Kid’s Build Your Own and Pollo Asado Kid’s Quesadilla.
How this page is read
Every price on this page is a range read from 368 restaurants’ own ordering menus in 48 states and DC on 25 September 2026, printed with the count of restaurants behind it and the brand’s own delivery price beside it; every calorie and nutrient figure is Chipotle’s own record from its nutrition calculator, and every allergen mark is its own chart row or tag.
Questions
Does Chipotle publish an allergen menu?
Yes: an allergens and special diets chart on its site, read 26 September 2026, with four allergen columns and four diet columns per ingredient, plus tags on its calculator records. This page and every item page print them as published.
Is Chipotle nut free?
The chart says: “Although we do not use eggs, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, or fish as ingredients in our food, Chipotle cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens in its restaurants.”
What can I eat at Chipotle with a dairy allergy?
Press the dairy chip above, or open the dairy free page: 88 rows are marked free of dairy on the chart or by tag. The dairy on the line is the cheese, the sour cream and the queso blanco.
Is anything at Chipotle gluten free?
Everything but the flour tortillas by the chart, with the brand’s caution on corn: “You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have trace amounts of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field.” The gluten free page has the list.
Why does a drink not pass a filter?
A bottled drink with no chart row and no calculator tag carries no mark on either surface, and this site never marks a row free of anything without one.
Where is the row for each ingredient?
On its own page, with the calculator’s tags beside it where the two surfaces differ; the proteins, toppings and salsas and rice and beans hubs print the rows in one table each.
