How we check

Every price on CP Menus is a range read from 368 restaurants’ own ordering menus on 25 September 2026 with its delivery price beside it, every nutrition figure the brand’s own record summed from named parts, every allergen mark the brand’s chart row or tag, and every rule the brand’s own words with its source.

The reads

Every price on this site comes from the brand’s own ordering menu, which prices the menu for one restaurant at a time and carries a pickup price and a delivery price for every item. On 25 September 2026 this site read the menus of 372 restaurants, chosen from the brand’s directory of 4,160 restaurant pages at up to eight per state by a fixed draw, so that every state with a restaurant and DC is represented (two to eight restaurants each); 368 of them were open and priced, and the four that were not are excluded from every figure. The read produced 46,681 price rows on 127 products and 15,452 add-on rows, one per item per restaurant, and each restaurant’s hours came from the same pages.

A price on this site is the median of those reads, printed with the low, the high and the count of restaurants and states behind it; a single reading is printed as one restaurant’s, never as the price. Catering carries the brand’s own reference prices from its catering site, marked as announced rather than read, because that site prices an order only after a ZIP code is entered. The one national price the brand has announced, the $3.82 average for the High Protein Cup of chicken, is printed beside the read as the brand’s figure.

The nutrition figures

Calories and the panel come from the brand’s nutrition calculator (286 records, read 26 September 2026), joined to the ordering menu by product code, with the printed sheet (dated OCT-2024) for cholesterol, the kid’s portions and the per-format ranges. The ordering menu lists an entree’s protein alone, so every entree page sums three named builds from the parts and every fixed-recipe meal is summed from the record of every part; a calories-only record (the double protein portion, the family kit portions) adds its calories and marks the sum partial, and no nutrient is ever invented for it.

Allergens and diets

Allergen and diet marks come from the brand’s allergens and special diets chart (26 rows, four allergens and four diets); for the 38 live parts the chart has no row for, the calculator’s own tags are printed as tags. A built plate’s allergens are the union of its parts’ marks and its diet marks hold only when every part carries them; an item with no chart row and no tag is excluded from every filter rather than assumed clean. Gluten is printed in the brand’s words: the flour tortillas are the items to avoid, corn items may carry traces, gloves are changed on request.

The brand’s words

Hours, holidays, rewards, EBT, delivery, gift cards, catering, careers, food safety and the allergen policy are the brand’s rules, and each is quoted from the page that states it with that page listed under the article; the sources page lists them all. A quotation is verbatim except that this site prints no em or en dashes, so a dash inside one becomes a comma or the word to.

The checks before publication

  • Every figure in a sentence is computed from the data files; nothing is typed. A rebuild from the same data produces the same site, and the build is run twice under two hash seeds to prove it.
  • Every price sentence carries its count of restaurants; a range whose median falls outside its low and high fails the build, and the state basket is checked to the cent against the read’s own summary.
  • Every meal total is the sum of its parts times their quantities, and a family meal’s allergen marks are the union of its parts’, never the protein’s alone.
  • Every internal link resolves to a page that exists, every outside link is marked so search engines do not treat it as an endorsement, and every page is reachable within three clicks of the home page.
  • Every title fits a search result and every description ends on a sentence; every page carries its read date and its reviewed date.
  • The rows a page’s table draws are the rows its written sections count: a page whose server rows differ from its script rows fails.

Dates

Three dates matter. The read date is when the restaurant menus were read, 25 September 2026, printed wherever a price appears. The sources date is when the brand’s calculator, chart and pages were read, 26 September 2026. The reviewed date is when the site’s figures were last checked against their sources, 28 September 2026, printed at the foot of each page. When the menus are read again, the price change log and the menu change log record what changed, with both dates.

Questions

Where do the prices come from?

The brand’s own ordering menu, read for 368 restaurants across 48 states and DC on 25 September 2026; each carries a pickup and a delivery price.

Why is every price a range?

Because each restaurant prices its own menu; the median, low and high across the restaurants read are printed with the count behind them.

Where do the calories come from?

The brand’s nutrition calculator, one record per part, and its printed sheet; a plate is a named sum of parts because the menu lists the protein alone.

How often are the menus read?

The read date is printed on every page; when the menus are read again the two logs record what moved.

Do you visit restaurants?

No. Every figure is read from the brand’s own published pages, and the pages say which.

What if a figure is wrong?
