How to report one
Write to [email protected] with the page, the figure and, for a price, the restaurant’s number or its address and the price you saw. A photograph of a menu board, a screenshot of the app or a receipt settles a price question fastest; a link settles a question about the brand’s words.
What happens next
- The figure is checked against its source: the restaurant’s own ordering menu for a price, the calculator or the printed sheet for a nutrition figure, the chart for an allergen mark, the brand’s page for a quotation.
- A wrong figure is corrected in the data, the page is rebuilt from the data, and the correction is listed below with the date and what changed.
- A figure that differs from one restaurant’s board is not by itself wrong: every price here is a range across restaurants, and a restaurant outside it is added to the record at the next read rather than typed in.
- A source that has changed since the read date is re-read, and the reviewed date at the foot of the page moves.
What is not a correction
A price that has changed since 25 September 2026 is a change, not an error; the price change log records changes when the menus are read again. A different figure on a delivery app is the delivery price plus that app’s own fees; the brand’s own delivery price is already on every page. An item a restaurant no longer lists is a status change and is recorded the same way.
