The roles the brand lists
Chipotle’s careers site lists the restaurant roles in a ladder: Crew Member, Kitchen Leader, Service Leader, Assistant General Manager, General Manager and Field Leader; and behind them the support center and facilities roles. Its own line on why it hires: “As a food-focused, people-first company, our mission of Cultivating a Better World means more than just using real ingredients.
