Chipotle for GLP-1 users: what the brand says

Chipotle has no dedicated GLP-1 menu, in its own words, but points to two High Protein bowls: the Low Calorie Bowl at 470 calories and 36 g of protein ($12.75) and the High Fiber Bowl at 650 calories and 15 g of fiber ($9.80); the High Protein Cup is the smallest item with a protein.

The brand’s own words

“While Chipotle doesn’t offer a dedicated GLP-1 support menu, the new High Protein Menu has GLP-1 friendly options like the High Protein-Low Calorie Bowl or the High Protein-High Fiber Bowl.”

Chipotle publishes a GLP-1 support page and frames it with a formula: “It all comes down to a simple, powerful formula: Protein + Fat + Fiber, or PFF for short.” The two bowls it names are on the menus read with fixed builds and summed records; this page prints them and the parts that make up the formula, and nothing about medicine, which is between a reader and a clinician.

Smaller portions with protein

The High Protein Cups are the smallest priced items with a protein on the menu: High Protein Cup - Chicken at 180 calories and 32 g of protein for $4.00, High Protein Cup - Steak at 150 calories and 21 g for $6.00. “The High Protein Cup is available in Adobo Chicken and Steak. The Adobo Chicken High Protein Cup has 32 grams of protein and the Steak High Protein Cup has 21 grams of protein.”

Protein, fat and fiber, part by part

For the brand’s formula from the line: chicken is 32 g of protein per 4 oz, black beans 7 g of fiber and 8 g of protein per 4 oz, guacamole 22 g of fat and 6 g of fiber, fajita veggies 1 g of fiber for 20 calories. A chicken bowl with black beans, fajita veggies, salsa and guacamole sums to 590 calories, 43 g of protein and 16 g of fiber. The high fiber tool ranks every part.

What this page is not

It is not medical advice and does not say what anyone on a GLP-1 medication should eat; it prints the brand’s own page and the records behind the builds it names, so a reader and their clinician have the figures.

Every price is a range read from 368 restaurants’ own ordering menus on 25 September 2026, printed with the count behind it, and every allergen and diet mark is the brand’s own chart row or tag.
